There’s more information (and misinformation) about fitness and health than ever before. Anyone on social media can offer enticing quick-fix solutions, and it can be hard to tell which are backed by research or right for your body. More importantly, it’s often challenging to fit in workouts when you’re already juggling demands from work and life. 

The “Strong Body, Strong Mind” program reflects my client-centric approach to fitness training and commitment to help you develop healthy habits in and out of the gym that will last you a lifetime.

How it works

  • Custom workout program

    Your body are journey are unique, your training program should be too. I work closely with you to understand your goals and background to tailor a program that gets results and fits into your schedule.

  • Nutrition & habit tracking

    Food is one of the great joys in life, and eating healthier doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.” I help you determine how to fuel your body properly, enjoy your meals, and build habits that last.

  • Biweekly check-in’s

    Training is not a linear process. You track weekly progress in the TrueCoach app. Then, in our biweekly Zoom 1-1s, we discuss updates to your program and help you stay motivated in the coming weeks.

  • Ongoing support & guidance

    Our work doesn’t stop when your workout ends. Through TrueCoach, I stay in close contact with you throughout the week to provide feedback and guidance—and celebrate your wins, big and small!
