  • It depends. Since the pandemic, most clients choose to train online. For these clients, I use TrueCoach to program their custom workouts and nutrition plans. The app allows them to workout on their own schedule and I can easily stay in touch for any questions or concerns. We also meet biweekly via Zoom biweekly to check in on progress and set goals for the upcoming weeks.

  • Of course! Your custom program will be designed around your personal goals, whether the focus is fitness coaching, nutrition coaching, or both. And we’ll also discuss how I can support you with sleep and stress management to help you get the most out of your program.

  • It’s up to you! I customize your program based on what you have access to, in addition to your fitness background and health goals.

  • TrueCoach is an all-in-one app for coaches and clients. This is where I will create and update your current program for workouts and nutrition planning. It’s an easy way for you to log progress and get guidance, and for me to stay in contact with you for support and accountability.

  • My programs are not one-size-fits-all and are customized to your goals. Pricing will depend on what we decide on for your program, such as number of weekly workouts and whether you’re interested in nutrition coaching.

  • That’s no problem! Let me know in advance and I can tailor your workouts and/or nutrition plan so you can continue with your program even when you’re on the go.

  • That’s okay! Everyone has to start somewhere and it’s important to find the right training style for you. Many of my clients were new to training or fitness. Just let me know in the form above and we can make sure to answer any questions you may have.
