I'm starting to see results both in and out of the gym, which has become such a great motivating factor.
Working with you has been a pleasure! Being able to trust in your expertise and stick to the plan that you've laid out has really taken the mental strain out of fitness, I can follow exactly what you've laid out and put my all into the actual exercise. How receptive you've been to tweaking the program to fit my needs has been awesome too. I’d consistently gained weight over the last few years, and I felt like a weak, overcooked noodle. I wanted to gain some sense of control over my body and my future health, but am not gifted with self-motivation. So many trainers seem all crossfit-2-a-day-crazy-never-eat-another-carb, and I simply could not imagine living a life devoid of treats.
Kylie has completely changed my attitude and outlook, and her system of accountability and support have made all the difference. I feel strong for the first time ever. I get annoyed if I miss a workout. If I have a setback, I don’t feel like I might as well give up because I know I can grow. I don’t feel guilty about eating dessert. I have actual muscles. I want to do more and challenge myself and see what I’m capable of.

… so I can look better in our wedding and have better health in general. For two months, I thought I could just join Classpass and exercise a little more to achieve my goals. I became more frustrated because regardless of going to Pilates 2-3 times a week, I was still not losing much weight.
Then I decided to reach out to Kylie for help. She didn’t only focus on exercise, but also my sleep and stress. We progressed weekly and talked about successes and challenges. I was able to review my daily tasks on TrueCoach and track my progress through it.
The journey with Kylie did not just teach me how to exercise more, or the “right way” to do strength training. After working out alone for a bit I realized some of the goals I wanted to achieve like weight loss, strength training, and getting into a healthy lifestyle before my 30th birthday would need to be done with some help and guidance from a trainer.
I reached out to Kylie and started working with her. It had been a great setup of Kylie being my online coach and walking me through our fitness programs that would help with achieving my goal. Kylie was super receptive and awesome at adjusting and really motivating and educating me along the way when it came to our exercises. It really felt motivating to know she was always available and encouraging me along the way.
Using TrueCoach truly organized a lot of the exercise in a way that kept me in check for my reps and educated me through each movement by having helpful videos to guide me if I was unsure. It was super helpful and enjoyable to check things off after I completed each set. It was also helpful to track my overall activity in and out of the gym and motivated me to stay consistent.

As an online coach, she is organized and communicative, from her approach to the program design, to additional tips and tricks sprinkled throughout her comments. The programs looked straightforward, but over time it was easy to see how they were expertly and thoughtfully customized for me.
Looking back, Kylie is exactly the kind of coach I hoped to work with. The image of the fitness industry is often one of overwhelming intensity and rigor. But Kylie makes everything from the fundamentals to advanced movements approachable and even enjoyable. Kylie and I have worked together for more than 5 years and she's supported me with customized fitness programs and nutrition guidance through two pregnancies and postpartum periods, both in-person and online. Kylie is highly knowledgeable about body mechanics and was great about offering suggestions to my ever-evolving capabilities and needs during my pregnancies. She always put safety first to make sure I wasn't doing anything that was uncomfortable or pushed my physical limits, which was key for safe pregnancies.
My goals postpartum are to rebuild strength, mobility and tone. The postpartum period can be very physically challenging while adjusting to what seems like a new body (and life!), and Kylie has been patient and encouraging throughout every step of my journey, from immediately after I was cleared by my doctors to resume physical activity to the years following. I can honestly say I'm the strongest I've been in a decade thanks to her focused guidance on resistance training.

I’ve always been very active with mountain biking, hiking, running, snowboarding and padel- but I found that after long days of sports and even long plane flights, my lower back would flare up and bother me. Since working with Kylie, I’ve been focusing on strength training with my seasonal sports and finally my back doesn’t bother me anymore.
I really appreciate how Kylie can identify which exercises I need to strengthen my core and I trust that I can show up and make progress week to week. We’ve also incorporated nutrition coaching for weight loss because in the past, I would eat healthy and exercise intently but then my work travel would derail my progress. So far, I’ve lost 15 lbs and can’t remember the time I was below 186 lbs.
