ABOUT

 

After graduating from the University of California Davis while competing as an NCAA Division 1 softball player, Kylie was searching for the next step in her career. At the end of her playing career, she coached softball at her alma mater and also at the junior college level. While her love and passion for the sport will always remain- she wanted to help a broader spectrum of the population. Kylie first developed her passion in the weight room while competing for the Aggies and began applying what she learned from her experiences on the field and in the classroom. Her interest in the human body, movement and injury prevention & rehabilitation further ignited the fire to become the personal trainer she is today.

With over 6 years in the industry, Kylie works with a variety of clients with different fitness levels, goals and lifestyles. She provides each client with their own customized training program, nutrition plan and additional homework to do outside of her personalized sessions. While her style in training stays true to her athletic background (3-sport athlete in high school: waterpolo, basketball, and softball), she incorporates the most current and up to date research and practices in her personal training programs. She is currently offering 1-1 and small group in person and virtual training as well as remote online accountability coaching.
